I already have a domain name. Can I keep it if I get a new site built?

Of course! Whether your domain name is currently being used for a site, or you've simply already purchased one and haven't done anything with it yet, you can certainly keep it.

When the time comes, I will change your domain's settings so that it points to your new site. Easy peasy.

I already have a site hosted. Can I keep my new site at my current host?

That depends.

If you're just looking for a redesign of your current site but want to keep your current functionality, then yes, you can probably just stay where you are.

If you want a secure eCommerce site that you can easily edit yourself, but you currently have an un-editable informational site at a standard host, then we should probably think about a move.

I have a faulty product, who should I contact?

Oh no! Let's get this fixed.

If you are already a client, please sign into the client area and submit a support ticket. I will get back to you as quickly as possible.

If you are NOT a client, please contact me with your problem. I will attempt to assist you in any way that I can.

What are your hosting options and costs?

Again, that depends.

Hosting prices can be anywhere from $5 per month for a simple un-editable informational website and about $80 per month for a fully-integrated online business host.

My most popular hosts are those which allow you, my client, to edit your site yourself. These start at $9 per month for a basic informational site to $39 per month for a full-integrated online business site.

What are your studio hours?

Most days I am here from 9am-5pm est. However, since I do work from home, sometimes this isn't the case. Emergency grocery store trips and unexpected visitors do happen.

If you have an inquiry, please fill out my contact form and I will normally get back to you within 24 hours.

If you are local and interested in setting up a consultation, fill out the contact form and include your phone number. I will give you a call and we can set something up.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of my products, I do not extend return or exchange options.

You will receive as many edits of a design as you purchase. If you are not satisfied with your design, you may purchase more edits, or take the design as it is.

What will a website cost?

The start-up of your site will depend on what type of site and functionality you desire.

Beyond start-up there will be reoccurring fees for hosting, maintenance and domain registration.
