Today officially starts my vacation. Hallelujah. 

I know Tuesday is kind of a weird starting date, but I had to work yesterday as my vacation will be spilling over into next week a bit. Lily and I will be spending the day curled up on the couch with Cinderella, some much needed cleaning of our downstairs rooms, and then a nap. This evening I'll be filling that quiche crust setting in the fridge and then heading out to a Tuesday yoga class. I can't even express how excited I am about this week of personal projects and fun things.

The rest of the week will be spent doing some business-y things such as reworking my services page and finishing up my portfolio. I also plan to design some marketing materials, and finish my unwanted affair with Quickbooks.

I also hope to start a big personal project that I've been wanting to tackle. I'm not giving any clues yet.

Much later in the week we'll be doing some traveling. Nothing crazy-exciting; just a need to get out and about. 

So, that's the plan. And don't you love that photo of David and Bug. It was taken about a mile from our house from the top of Mount Jefferson. He almost gave me a freakin' heart attack taking her out there like that. Gees.
